Officer Duties

These are the primary responsibilities of the Vice President as listed in the by-laws.


  • Attend PTO meetings

  • Chair PTO meetings in absence of President.

  • Assist President to enforce all by-laws and policies.

  • Assist and coordinate chairpersons, as needed.

  • Assist President to outline and supervise all PTO fundraising efforts.

  • Assist President with setting general and Executive Board meeting items.


In addition to the duties listed above, the Vice President works with the President to lead Family Night events in conjunction with Events Committee members.
